Pile foundation or raft foundation, RC frame with shear walls as required — designed for seismic safety Zone II/III.
MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
Individual apartment meters, common area lighting, elevator shafts, overhead tank, sump, fire NOC compliance.
Stilt / Basement Parking
Stilt floor or basement parking with ramp, drainage, flood lighting, and designated parking bay markings.
Common Area Finishing
Lobby design, staircase tiling, corridor walls, lift lobby, entrance gate, and exterior compound.
Individual Unit Fit-Out
